Rick Ross’ new album, Teflon Don, which is set to hit stores on July 20th has just leaked in its entirety. The majority of the album had been slowly leaking via singles, including the Albert Anastasia EP singles, ‘B.M.F. (Blowin’ Money Fast)’ and ‘M.C. Hammer’ and the album cuts ‘Super High’, ‘Live Fast, Die Young’, ‘Free Mason’, ‘Maybach Music 3′, and ‘Aston Martin Music’. I’ve been a big Drake supporter since I heard his mixtape So Far Gone about a year ago. I think I may have played ‘Best I Ever Had’, ‘Houstatlantavegas’ and ‘Successful’ on repeat for a few weeks when I first downloaded it. There was something about the rapping and singing combo, which i know has been a trend in hip-hop for a few years, that really spoke to me. It was a good soundtrack for that moment. So, I got an e-mail about his secret show at 9:30 Club and I immediately hit up my favorite female Drake supporter to pick up a set of tickets. With the release of his debut Thank Me Later set for June 15th, I knew we had to check out this show, especially since it was coming to D.C.

Boi-1da on the production and Drake really goes in on this one. I could, as always, do without the Weezy verse. I just wish he’d take one of his features serious and drop a really dope verse without the stupid accent.

40 on the production with a real simple beat, sampling Aaliyah, that Jeezy rides really well but I think Drake could have changed his flow a bit to fit this one. Still, a decent track, so check it out. Enjoy!
